Redefine Learning:

To be globally competitive, industries have embraced and invested in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) redefining the communication and collaboration processes, and resulting in an increase to productivity and business performance. Changes in ICT have definitely transformed operations within industry.
The education system has a responsibility to prepare students to work in teams, be critical thinkers and problem solvers. This includes the ability to innovate, create, communicate, and collaborate. That being said, it seems that the education system has yet to be able to provide such an ecosystem. Learning institutions (K-20) are faced with complex challenges to transform the learning environment, and assure students can compete globally. Since the 1990’s, the education system has invested in ICT but only a handful of schools have successfully reached an acceptable level of student success and achievement. Mario explains why school systems are faced with those situation and share strategies to move forward.
